Our Reg D private allocation is now officially open to accredited investors!

Investor demand continues to surge. Following the tremendous success of our first-ever Reg CF round, we are now working on accepting investors from the waitlist as well as welcoming new investments from accredited investors as we prepare for our next Reg CF round. 

Through the Reg D offering, accredited investors can retain or increase their stake at the same valuation and terms as our Reg CF, while benefiting from no Wefunder fees.
