Meet Khat Zorig, RISEās New Chief of Staff šÆ
Weāre thrilled to welcome Khat Zorig to RISE as our new Chief of Staff!
Khat joins us at a critical moment as we scale operations and expand our impact. Khat has been actively advising RISE over the last few years and played a critical role in our last institutional round as well as this current crowdfunding round. As the company continued to make significant progress, she decided to join full time to help accelerate growth. In this new role, sheāll work closely with RISE leadership to drive alignment, clarity, and execution while positioning the company for a successful Series B round.
About Khat:
Khat brings more than a decade of experience spanning early-stage startups, venture capital, and global consultancies. She previously served as a Venture Investor at Innospark Ventures, where she backed high-potential high impact AI companies. Before that, she held leadership roles at MITās Global Startup Labs, co-founded a mental health startup through MITās Delta V accelerator, and spent several years at Accenture advising enterprise clients on product and strategy.
Her leadership will help us move faster, think bigger, and build smarter ā all in service of scaling our Beltdraulicā¢ technology across the $600B heavy machinery industry.
