Round Closing Soon - Last Chance to Invest

With over $5M raised, we’re officially oversubscribed and closing January 28. But the demand hasn’t stopped and we’re blown away by the continued interest from investors! Our next investment round will be at different terms since we’re a much more valuable company today, but we wanted to honor those who have been on this journey with us and give you a final chance to invest at this stage.

To meet the demand, we’re carving out a limited Reg D allocation for accredited investors. This gives us the flexibility to shift larger checks into a private offering, and in doing so, unlock a bit more space in the Reg CF round for our non-accredited investor community.
