First Cylinder Order Delivered + AMA Replay! ✅
Last month, our team successfully delivered and installed our very first commercial cylinder order, for an OEM in the oil & gas sector. This is a major first step in scaling one of our flagship products in the $44B Beltdraulic™ components market.
We’re pleased to report that the customer is up and running, our first service call was resolved remotely, and the feedback has been strong. This is the moment we’ve been building towards: moving from prototypes into real world deployments.

Q: What about maintenance?
Our cylinders enable “on-demand” maintenance. Built-in sensing and diagnostics tell customers when maintenance is needed, removing the guesswork and cost of preventive schedules.
Q: Can RISE technology address smaller machines, like forklifts?
Yes. While our focus now is on high-power, high-speed use cases like oil & gas and defense, forklifts and warehouses are on the roadmap once production scales.
Q: How big can RISE cylinders get?
We’ve already built a 22-ton cylinder and can confidently build 44-ton systems. By paralleling actuators, we can reach 160 tons, enough to cover 80–95% of today’s hydraulics market.
Q: Is your system explosion-proof for oil & gas applications?
Yes. We use brushless motors, no sparks, and sealed systems, which makes our cylinders explosion-proof with proper cabling and enclosures.
