Some news worth celebrating: RISE Robotics has been awarded a START grant from MassVentures, funded by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts! šŸŽ‰

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Targeted Technologies (START) program exists to help deep tech companies turn federally funded research into commercial products. Out of a record number of applicants this year, 26 Massachusetts startups were selected. RISE is one of them.

šŸ’° 100% non-dilutive capital. This funding fuels our commercialization without giving up a single share. Every dollar strengthens the equity investors hold.

šŸ“ˆ Award can grow to $800,000. START is a multi-stage program. Our Stage I award is $100,000, and companies that deliver can advance to Stage II ($200,000) and Stage III ($500,000). 

šŸ¤ Joined an elite club. Since 2012, START has backed 157 companies that have gone on to raise more than $5 billion in private capital. MassVentures has ranked RISE among the top startups developing cutting edge technologies in the state.
